You are a student of life, practice personal integrity, are committed to service, and are willing to receive feedback
You have at least one year of experience in a practitioner role, as a:
Coach, Therapist, Teacher, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Bodyworker, Movement Coach, Spiritual Director, Personal Trainer, Facilitator, or Counselor
AND/OR 3 years of transformational breathwork experience as a student

How to guide 1:1 breathwork sessions using our unique method: active breathwork, breath holds, and down-regulation techniques
How to confidently lead a group through a breathwork experience, including:
How to design a class
How to hold space confidently
How to theme a class with intention

Ally Maz
Yoga Teacher, Author, Founder of Girlvana, & Breathwork FACILITATOR
Ally Maz is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and entrepreneur with over 16 years experience. She is the founder of the renowned teen girl empowerment company, Girlvana and a published author with Penguin Random House. Over the years, she has lent her expertise to companies such as Open, Adidas, Nike, Mirror, NHL, MLB and the NBA and is a legacy Global Ambassador for Lululemon. Ally is known for her heartfelt approach and creating brave spaces that inspire authenticity and transformation. She is a teacher of teachers and has created multiple training programs helping over 200 people become empowered leaders.
Ally leads self-development retreats and yoga teacher trainings all over the world. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
George Ramsay
BREATHWORK FACILITATOR, ENNEAGRAM PRACTITIONER, AND CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP COACH
George Ramsay is a breathwork facilitator who has worked with over 500 clients and companies. He is also a certified Enneagram Practitioner, trained by the Narrative Enneagram, and a Conscious Leadership Coach. He’s been invited into law firms, tech companies, nonprofits, and schools who want to use breathwork for individual and team wellness and cultural transformation. With a background in education, George creates a comfortable environment where everyone feels fully informed of the practice. As a result, everyone gets something in return. He is known for bringing harmony and ease in the midst of big transformation and emotional release.
George is eager to share the gifts of Breathwork, the Enneagram, and Coaching to support clients to come into more aliveness. He supports clients through a combination of 1:1 sessions, programs, and on the mindfulness studio, Open. George currently lives in Asheville, North Carolina.

When is the Training?
This training happens over the course of two weekends and students must be present for both. Please note, you will not be able to watch recordings, you must attend live.

When is the application due?
All applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the cohort is full.
Decisions will begin to be sent by email by end of the day on Tuesday, Sept 5.
What is the practicum?
The practicum portion of this training includes the 5 weeks between the two live-session weekends.

Is this training online or in person?
This training happens completely online to accommodate and provide access to people all over the world.
Is this training just for existing teachers, coaches, therapists?
This training is designed for people who have been in the healing arts to help support and grow the work they are already doing. We are looking for people who are already serving their communities and holding space through movement, therapy, coaching and teaching. If you are not currently doing this but want to be, we are also accepting folks who have strong breathwork practices and have been taking breathwork classes and self studying for 3+ years.
What makes your training different from others?
With a combined experience of 20 + years of teaching, we have been facilitating breathwork, yoga and coaching experiences to individuals and groups all over the world. Together we have created an internal teacher training for a leading mindfulness brand and trained all breathwork facilitators on aforementioned app.
Ally Maz, certified Yoga and Breathwork Instructor, leads 200-hour yoga teacher training certifications and has trained over one hundred people to become empowered, heart-centered leaders with deep knowledge of the body and breath.
George Ramsay has been teaching and training educators for over 10 years. He is a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, Conscious Leadership Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator who has worked with over 500 clients and companies.
What are your qualifications as Breathwork teachers?
Our Breathwork teachers include David Elliot, Jason Amoroso, Carly Jo Carson, Alexandre Tannous, Crussen and breathwork expert / researcher Elsa Unenge. Both of us have been students of breath for 11+ years individually, and have been facilitating healing experiences through the breath for many years. Together, we have created teacher trainings, teacher mentorship and content creations for other brands and dedicated students and now feels like the right time to share our knowledge in a more accessible forum.
How much is this training?
The total cost of the training is $1,500 USD. If accepted, there is an option to pay in full OR an immediate $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot and two more payments of $500.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a $500 USD non-refundable deposit. The other $1000 of your tuition is refundable three weeks before the training begins.
If you wish to cancel your training, you must notify us via email george@georgeramsay.com. There are absolutely no refunds on deposits. If you leave the training while in progress, you will not receive any credit or refund. There are no refunds on final balances after August 1st, 2023. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for ANY reason.
