Learn a transformational breathing technique to cleanse your body and step into what’s truly yours.

Breathwork is an active meditation practice that cleanses the body of stuck emotions, anxiety, and pain. By using a repetitive breath pattern to flush the body with oxygen, you allow yourself to drop into an altered state and clear stuck energy in the body. Participants commonly experience a release (emotional, spiritual, and/or physical), deep relaxation, and heightened clarity after a session. This powerful self-healing practice allows us to step fully into the role of being our own healers.

This offering includes:

  • 3 Live Breathwork Classes

    • Sunday, February 9: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. PT / 9:00 - 10:30 p.m. ET

    • Thursday, February 13: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. PT / 9:00 - 10:15 p.m. ET

    • Tuesday, February 18: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. PT / 9:00 - 10:15 p.m. ET

    • A recording of each class is sent to all participants. All classes are hosted on Zoom.

  • 10 Daily Emails: each email includes encouragement to breathe, how many minutes you’ll breathe, and coaching tips to guide and support your growth over the the ten days.

  • 3 Breathwork Playlists: each playlist is curated to support breathing at home on your own.

  • Online Community: you’ll receive access to an online Facebook group to share reflections and celebrate progress as a Breathwork community.

Questions

What happens over the ten days?

You’ll commit to breathing every day for ten days. Three of those days we’ll breathe together in a virtual call; seven of those days you’ll breathe on your own. Each video call will support and guide your experience:

  • 1 - Kickoff: I’ll teach you the fundamentals of Breathwork. You’ll leave understanding the breath, the practice, and the upcoming experience.

  • 2 - Progress: You’ll understand how to greet and work with resistance. We will process common experiences together.

  • 3 - Closing: We’ll discuss building your in-home practice and continuing to peel back layers with this practice.

Every day, you’ll receive an email reminder to breathe that includes coaching and music to guide your experience. You’ll be able to share your reflections and insights in a Facebook group.

Who this offering for?

This is ideal for those interested in adding a “mindfulness” practice to their lives. If you’ve tried seated, still meditations and it’s “not working”, Breathwork may be your friend. This practice gives your mind something “to do” (i.e. breathe) so you can drop into the experience more fully.

This offering is ideal for those ready to grow. Breathwork allows you shed layers you’ve been holding for years and participants often experience new insights and transformations. Ideal participants possess a readiness to grow and an openness to a new experience!

Breathwork seems intense. I’m nervous.

The experience is intentionally designed to support folks who are interested in trying Breathwork. Breathwork can be intense, but it can also be light and relaxing. Each Breathwork experience is different and varies by person. The intensity comes from going inwards and seeing what’s already. This process is supported by the Breathwork so you can release what’s ready to go and step into your greatness. Breathwork cleanses your physical and emotional body.

What does this require?

All you ned is a willingness to go inward, a commitment to trying a new practice, and an openness to see where it can go! There’s no fancy technology required. You’ll use your bed or a yoga mat to breathe.

There’s no need for past experience. If you’ve meditated once (or never) or you lead meditations daily, this experience is right for you. Breathwork has a powerful way of giving you just what you need and are ready for at any moment in your own growth.

I can’t make the live sessions. Can I still sign up?

Yes! A recording of each live session will be sent after the call. You can complete each session on your own and on your own timeline. The practice is just as powerful this way. You’ll receive the same level of support and coaching.
