What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation practice that cleanses the body. This practice is a guided internal power wash. By using a repetitive breath pattern to flush the body with breath, you allow yourself to drop into an altered state and clear what is stuck. This powerful, self-healing practice allows us get un-stuck and step into more clarity, bliss, and creativity. Learn more here.

Who can attend?

Male-identifying queer folks. Gay Breath Club members + non-members. All levels are welcome! I love having first-timers.

What should I bring?

• Yoga mat

• Blanket

• Wear comfortable clothes

Where should I park?

Street parking is available on La Cienega Blvd, Alvira St, and Cullen St. Leave time to find parking. We will begin at 5:01 p.m.

How much does it cost?

Members of Gay Breath Club pay $20 for in-person classes.
