What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation practice that cleanses the body. This practice is a guided internal power wash. By using a repetitive breath pattern to flush the body with breath, you allow yourself to drop into an altered state and clear what is stuck. This powerful, self-healing practice allows us get un-stuck and step into more clarity, bliss, and creativity. Learn more here.
Who can attend?
All are welcome. The group is for male-identifying queer folks + their friends! :) All levels are welcome, especially first-timers who have never done Breathwork.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat
Blanket (optional)
We provide eye covers
Wear comfortable clothes
About the Space:
NOON Projects is a gallery in Chinatown, Los Angeles. Our program showcases artists who work from the heart, with a focus on queerness, the divine, the natural world, craft, and social practices. We host an ongoing program of dinners, concerts, meditation groups, and community happenings.
From Gallery Host on Parking:
There is 2 hour parking with a meter, and usually plenty of it. I also just advise folks to pay $5 and park in any of the neighboring lots.
