What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation practice that cleanses the body. This practice is a guided internal power wash. By using a repetitive breath pattern to flush the body with breath, you allow yourself to drop into an altered state and clear what is stuck. This powerful, self-healing practice allows us get un-stuck and step into more clarity, bliss, and creativity. Learn more here.

Who can attend?

All are welcome. All levels are welcome, especially first-timers who have never done Breathwork.

If you are pregnant or have a serious health condition, please consult with your doctor before practicing.

What should I bring?

• Yoga mat

• Optional: blanket + eye mask

• Wear comfortable clothes
